BareASANA Ladies Night : A Nude Yoga Experience

Join us for BareAsana, a transformative Nude Yoga experience guided by Tay & Laura. Embrace body positivity, enhance mindfulness, and enjoy the freedom of movement in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

This unique session is designed to help you connect with your true self and foster a deeper sense of self-acceptance and inner peace.

Suitable for all levels, BareAsana offers a liberating and empowering practice that encourages you to celebrate your authentic self.

Things to Know:

⭐To create a safe and comfortable environment, we ask students to bring a robe or towel to change into and wear before and after class.⭐

⭐ Please come prepared with a mat, mat towel, any props, and water. We will not have extra.⭐

⏰Doors open at 6:45 pm. Please arrive by 6:30/6:40 pm to find parking. ⏰

⏰ There will be a 10 minute grace period. Doors will be locked and no one will be able to let anyone in after 7:10. Pease be mindful to arrive well before class begins.⏰

Limited parking can be found at the Crescent Collective. Additional parking is available on Decatur and 18th Street, and in front of Body Arc at 131 Richmond Hwy, Richmond, VA 23224.
