Liberated Movement & Flow

You are invited to the Liberated Movement and Flow Experience, an exploration of movement created to guide you through various prompts (both movement and journal), partner exercises, free dance, and flow time. We’ll conclude with a resting period accompanied by soothing sound healing instruments. This is an experience for those who believe in and wish to contribute to collective healing and harm reduction. We’ll be centering BIPOC and queer individuals while welcoming allies who exercise self-awareness in this inclusive space.

This is a donation-based event, and masks are required. 

Don’t worry if you forget yours or don’t have one – Extra masks will be available.

Donations will be at the door. Cash, Cashapp, and Venmo will be accepted.
